0.72 Square Meter 

My dormitory is the place where I have stayed for the longest time in my college life. The narrow space and the people I interact with make me have a unique feeling for it. The dormitory obstructs my physical space while blurring the boundary between public and private.

 I squeezed the horizontal space of my dormitory and the objects in it to be 1 / 2.5 times the original. The aisle area belonging to each person was 0.72 meters. The original dormitory space became a narrow passage, as if it was transparent inside and outside on both sides. When put into the public space, the audience can only just enter it or walk in sideways. The work creates an intuitive feeling for the space by creating a sense of physical pressure and the deformation of real objects.
